Performance Accountability & Evaluation
Thank you for visiting the Office of Performance Evaluation. Our objective is to provide support in performance management, evaluation, and feedback (both formal and informal) for supervisors in specific HR groups, by creating and employing data driven constructs in various areas of need.
These constructs will allow us to develop data systems and processes by which to review and analyze human capital data for ongoing analyses and continued improvement.
